I've been having a little bit of nostalgia for the hip-hop I grew up on- the CD's that I'd listened to (in an actual CD player) while squished between my siblings in the backseat of our parent's vehicle while we drove up north and the music that my sister used to make me countless mix CDs out of. Pair that with recently wanting to make playlists, and you have what this post is about!
I wanted the themes of my playlists to be a little more specific than what this one turned out to be, but I don't believe that this one's worth is brought down any (just wait until you see what's on it!).
This mix is for the Friday nights you're driving around lost with your friends and need something to keep you laughing instead of stressed, for the Friday nights when you're sitting in a room full of people just vibing, for the nights where you and your sister (who showed you all of this music) are cleaning the house/making dinner together.
